Description of the

The functions of the G802 module enable the connection and management of different types of multiplexers and the creation of project-specific measurement systems. GMUX multiplexers acquire electrical signals from transducers and send them to the G802 management module via RS485 or wirelessly. The G802 is equipped with low-power technology.

Powering the system via a 12 V battery guarantees an average operating time of at least one year in the ultra-low power configuration. Of course, the system can also be powered by solar panels or the mains.
To support the operator during installation and for better control of the system, it is possible to query each individual instrument manually via the G802 keypad and show the final data on the display.

The G 802 data logger is also capable of carrying out measurements with fibre Bragg sensors via an interrogator.
