Sensor development

At Enertec, we also focus on the development and design of customised sensors according to your project requirements and specifications. We develop sensors that are tailor-made for specific customised applications. Our experience in developing customised sensors includes: Force sensors, strain sensors, torque sensors and temperature sensors.

At the same time, many customised sensors are being developed with various communication protocols that are suitable for simple and user-friendly use in rugged industrial environments.
Most of our customers have a clear idea of their individual sensor specifications and requirements.
The following information will help us to prepare quick quotes for you and better understand your needs. These are:

•     Specifications: Preliminary or final data sheet with the technical specifications, key product and functional requirements on the hardware side - and on the software side if applicable; (e.g. measurement ranges, hardware components, cable lengths, widths, communication protocols, housing and panelling specifications, etc.)
•     Mandatory requirements: Specify all mandatory requirements as well as optional requirements and open requirements. This is to have a clear understanding of what is mandatory and what is open for discussion/improvement.
•     Drawing: A technical drawing of the desired sensor or a simple sketch of the sensor if no detailed drawings are available. Sketches are shortcuts for quicker understanding. (If you do not have 2D or 3D drawings, we can help you create them),
•     Certification: Applications for certification,
•     Existing examples: If you have existing product examples, you are welcome to submit them for evaluation,
•     Timetable / deadline: a short project timetable with the most important milestones and a final deadline helps to create perspectives and
•     Requested quantities: Enter the quantities requested that are required for this customised development product.
•     Target prices: Enter the target price for the desired quantities.

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we create a preliminary project proposal that serves as a project foundation on which we can build.

In most cases, a complete sensor includes an amplifier and evaluation electronics.
